Z -- O'HARA OBLITERATION SOL RFP R1-17-99-30 DUE 090799 POC Contracting 208 983-1950 Ext 4174 O'Hara Obliteration. Project is located on the Moose Creek Ranger District, Idaho County, Idaho. Location of Project -- From Lowell, Idaho at the junction of U.S. Highway #12 and the Selway Road (Highway District Road), then proceed southeasterly on the Selway Road (FS designated Road #223) a distance of 6.70 miles to the junction with FDR #651; thence southerly along Road #651 a distance of 13.4 miles to the junction with FDR #1123 and the beginning of the project. Project consists of various types of watershed improvements, including partial road obliteration, culvert removal, constructing drainage structures, installing check dams, seeding and hand straw mulching and miscellaneous and related work. Pre-bid tour is scheduled for August 26, 1999 to begin at the Supervisor's Office at Grangeville, Idaho at 8:00 a.m. Estimated start work is July 1, 2000.
