DESC: Furnish all plant, labor, equipment, materials, and appliances necessary to perform all operations in connection with the repair and painting of the exterior of various buildings, fences, and benches within the Army Family Housing (AFH) units located on Fort Drum and the Army Community Housing (ACH) located in Evans Mills, New York in strict accordance with the statement of work, specifications, drawings, and subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. This procurement is estimated to be between $500,000 and $1,000,000. This will be an unrestricted procurement issued under the authority of FAR Subpart 19.1006(b)(1), Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 15. The anticipated issue/posting date will be on or about 9 August 1999.
