The Government intends to purchase two each of steel magazines in accordance with the following: 30 feet X 8 feet X 8 feet, Type 2, Class ABC with two sets of double doors with high security hasp, one set located on one end and one set located on 30 foot side approximately 10 feet from the other end, 1 NFPA Fground Kit. Magazines shall be constructed with guidance from NSWC Specification 3046-93-1. Use of the Milspec is for guidance purposes only. Contractors shall provide a detailed specification with their quote in order to be considered for award. Award is to be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Award of this acquisition shall be made to the contractor whose quotation offers the best value to the Government, considering price and past performance.
