GOFF, Contracting Officer, (703)602-8000 ext 513 The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to procure the Multiple Unit Link Test and Operational Training System (MULTOTS) from Logicon, Inc. -- Tactical Systems Division, 4010 Sorrento Valley Blvd., San Diego, CA 92121-1498. The MULTOTS consists of simulation and monitoring equipments for Tactical Data Links (TADIL) A, C, and J; MULTOTS Accessory Group consisting of specialized components, spares and ancillary equipments to enhance the utility and maintenance of MULTOTS with command/control test/training systems consisting of automated tools which are integrated with MULTOTS to provide visual and audio signals for air and surface simulation; Link Monitor Systems (LMS) consisting of monitoring and management equipments for TADIL A, C, and J; LMS Accessory Group consisting of specialized spares and ancillary equipments to enhance the utility and maintenance of the LMS equipments; and Link 11 audio simulation systems to generate and monitor the complex TADIL A audio waveform.
