This procurement is a small business set aside and a solicitation. No additional information will be mailed out. Vendors may fax offers to the Contracting Officer at the telefax number listed above. Cloth upholstery. Color must be dark colors, blue, green, black, not red or white vehicles. Rear folding bench seat to carry materials. 3200 (7,000) or 3860(8510)(please offer both sizes), 330 (130), 5.7L/8 automatic, H.D.A, cooling, 2 speed OEM std./D3, h.d.a. power-ABS, power OEM std. 15 in./LT225R or 16 in./LT245R (please offer both sizes), OO, 100A/600 CCA, h.d.a. 160 (42), tailgate, low mount mirrors, rear window/wiper washer for tailgate. THESE VEHICLES ARE URGENTLY NEEDED. The Government will make an award to the responsible Offeror(s) whose offer(s) conforms to the solicitation contained herein and is most advantageous to the Government (i.e. that which represents the Best Value to the Government), cost or price and other factors including time period required for delivery to the port in Miami, FL considered. The combined relative merit of the technical evaluation factors listed above will be more significant than cost or price in the selection of the contractor. While the cost or price factor has no numerical weight, it is a criterion in the overall evaluation of proposals. Furthermore, the proposed cost or price must be reasonable and reflect technical requirements.
