The contractor shall provide the following equipment and services: All replacement parts must meet or exceed original manufacturer specifications. The contractor shall ensure that employees have the following current and valid professional certifications before starting work, 1) Universal Refrigerant Handlers Certificate 2) Journeyman Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Certification 3) Licenses and training certificates required by manufacture. Government Furnished Equipment: The Government will provide, without cost, the facilities, equipment and services to include utilities and telephone as needed to full fill this requirement.
