UL 217, Single and Multiple Station Smoke Detectors; and shall have the following characteristics; Application -- Residential. Power -- 9 volt alkaline dry battery (ANSI/NEDA C18.1 Number 1604A) shall be included. Circuitry -- Solid state throughout. Mounting -- Ceiling/wall mounting with appropriate hardware, screws, and mounting plates included. Validation -- Test capability for smoke sensing and alarm with automatic reset. Packing, packaging, and marking iaw GSA standards is required. FOB destination. Inspection at destination.
