The General Services Administration intends to issue a contract to Stewart Warner Electronics Co. under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 through solicitation number 6TSA-99-DJH-0161. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A J&A for Other than Full and Open Competition has been prepared in support of this acquisition. This procurement shall cover the acquisition of one (1) reproducible paper copy and one (1) digital copy of all test documents developed and maintained by SWE in association with the AN/TPX-42A Beacon System and its attendant test set, the AN/UPM-155 through a previous contract. Scope of work shall include the revision of applicable AN/TPX-42 Technical Orders to accept changes generated through the previous contract and to ensure compatibility with the AN/UPM-155 test set.
