Weather Emergency Assistance Center (MWEAC), Bluemont, VA intends to negotiate with Raytheon Systems Company, Linthicum, MD for the purchase of the SilentRunner Software (NT Platform), peripheral equipment, integration and training in support of FEMA's mission requirements. An intensive market survey has been performed by the Program Office and a determination was made that the SilentRunner product offers the best value to the Government and best meets the specific needs of FEMA. The SilentRunner and associated peripheral equipment are to be delivered to FEMA's MWEAC, Bluemont, VA 20135. Training is anticipated to be performed at MWEAC also. Interested persons may respond by identifying their capability to provide the required product, to include descriptive literature for their proposed product AND pricing.
