The U.S. Department of Agriculture's Agricultural Marketing Service has announced plans to purchase frozen chicken nuggets and frozen chicken patties. The Agricultural Marketing Service anticipates awarding a requirements contract to responsible offerors whose offers conform to the Annoucement and the Invitation and whose offers are most advantageous to the Governement in terms of, but not limited to, price and quantity requirements. Bids are due on Monday, July 19. Acceptances will be announced by midnight, July 23. Additional purchases may be necessary to meet recipient demand. The program annoucement, commodity specification, and current invitation can be found at our webside listed below. In addition, small businesses (500 employees or less) are encouraged to participate.
