The course shall be environmentally sensitive, and must be safety certified under the guidelines established by the Association of Challenge Course Technology (ACCT). Staff training for the course is also required. This is a simplified acquisition and the course must be designed and installed within nine months after award of a purchase order, and staff training must be completed within one year after award.
