requirement for T1 Telecommunications Service Link. This is a combined
synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with
the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information
included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the
solicitation, proposals are being requested and a written solicitation
will not be issued. Solicitation No. RFQ 99-0040 is issued as an
Request for Quotation. the solicitation document and incorporated
provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition
Circular (FAC) 97-13. This solicitation RFQ 99-0040 is 100% set aside
for Small Business concerns. Standard Industrial Classification (SIC)
code is 1731 and the small business standard is $7.0. DESCRIPTION OF
THE SERVICE: (1) T1 Telecommunications Service Link -- Digital
Transmission link with a total signaling speed of l.544 Mbps between
EEOC Headquarters at 1801 L Street, N.W., 10th Floor Switchroom and the
EEOC Washington Field Office, located at 1400 L Street, N.W., Second
Floor, Room 400. The NPA-NXX for the locations respectively are 202-663
and 202-275; Quantity: 12 months with a Four (4) Year Option period;
(2) Installation Charge, Quantity: 1; (3) Channel Service Unit/Data
Service Unit, Quantity: 2 ea.; and (4) Channel Service Unit/Data
Service Unit Installation Charge, Quantity: 2 ea. DATE OF DELIVERY: 12
Month period with four (4) year Options. PLACE OF DELIVERY:
EEOC-OIRM/TND, Headquarters Switchroom, 1801 L Street, N.W., 10th
Floor, Washington, DC 20507. FOB: DESTINATION, Provision 52.212-1,

evaluation criteria to be used is lowest offer/proposal. Offerors must
