The NPA-NXX for the locations respectively are 202-663 and 202-275; Quantity: 12 months with a Four (4) Year Option period; (2) Installation Charge, Quantity: 1; (3) Channel Service Unit/Data Service Unit, Quantity: 2 ea.; and (4) Channel Service Unit/Data Service Unit Installation Charge, Quantity: 2 ea.
