Monthly preventive maintenance and service calls, by means of a Firm Fixed priced contract. The work will be in accordance with The National Fire Protection Assoc. and the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations standards for maintenance, testing and inspection of Fire Detection and Suppression Systems.
