Contractor personnel shall, as a minimum, meet the qualification requirements of the solicitation and shall maintain all vehicles in accordance with the applicable technical manuals to maintain an Organizational Readiness Rate above 90 percent. Contract is for a base period (1 October 1999 through 30 September 2000) and four one-year options by the Government to extend the terms of the contract through 30 September 2004.
