Services are for the Albuquerque Indian Hospital, located in Albuquerque, New Mexico 87106. Colposcopy Services are to provide Direct Patient Care for patients referred to the colpscopy clinic. The requirements calls for two (2) half-day colposcopy clinics per week, from 8:00 am -- 12:00 pm and occasional half day clinic at the Zia field clinic located in Zia, New Mexico. Offeror must be licensed in the state of New Mexico as a Physician or Nurse Practitioner. Offerors shall be evaluated against qualifications, such as, experience, capability, references, and availability.
