This solicitation is a 100% small business set-aside. The SIC code is 7374. The contractor will be required to furnish medical transcription services. Reports are to be transmitted electronically into the Medical Center's software program. The contractor shall provide access to a state of the art digital dictation system capable of handling a minimum of seven concurrent dications. Dictation must be able to be received 24 hours per day seven days per week. Turn around time from dictation to receipt of transcribed documents vary from four hours to forty-eight hours and will be strictly enforced. The government reserves the right to award this contract on an other than lowest price based upon a technical evaluation which will be assessed prior to award.
