R -- LITIGATION SUPPORT SERVICES SOL S-LMAQM-99-R-0094 DUE 091699 POC Tom Blankenship, Contract Specialist, 703-875-4684 The successful contractor shall provide litigation support services which shall include but not be limited to preparation of digests, brief editing, cataloging/indexing of documents, reproduction of documents, word processing support, clerical support, and other litigation support services as required. The Contractor shall furnish all personnel, supervision, materials, facilities, services, and equipment necessary for the performance of litigation support services. The Government considers the following personnel types as the minimum personnel requirement for satisfactory contract performance: (1) a project manager, (2) paralegal/legal assistant and (3) clerical. All work shall be produced in a professional workman like manner, suitable for presentation in a court of law. Due to the nature of litigation, time is of the essence in the performance of these requirements. It is anticipated that the requirements for service will be generated on a very short notice requiring prompt turnaround, in some cases as little as 24 hours or overnight. The Contractor must be available to work weekends, if necessary. Delivery schedules will be established upon assignment of each task. Because of the nature of the work, and time limits, Contractors should be within one hour commuting distance of Rosslyn, Virginia.
