ESTABLISHMENT OF READING ROOM LONGBOW HELLFIRE LAUNCHERS DAAH01-99-R-0334 The government plans to establish a reading room in order to provide potential offerors the opportunity to view those documents discussed in the questions and answers to draft solicitation DAAH01-99-R-0271 that were not made a part of the final solicitation DAAH01-99-R-0334. The reading room will be located in the Redstone Scientific Information Center (RSIC) Building 4484, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama. The reading room hours will be 0830-1130 and 1230-1530, Monday through Thursday, except federal holidays. Appointments can be made by calling Gwen Wallace, RSIC, 256-842-8446 beginning 12 July 1999. Access to the reading room is limited to U.S. citizens representing U.S. companies holding or able to obtain valid U.S. facility clearances. Prior to scheduling an appointment, contractors must provide, on letterhead, a fax representing that they meet this requirement. The fax number is 256-876-6000, Attention: Gwen Wallace, RSIC. Names of individuals wishing to visit the reading room should be listed. Only 4 individuals will be granted access to the reading room at a time. Foreign representatives desiring to review the releasable data are required to submit a request through their embassy. No appointment will be made until visit request has been approved.
