For these Topics, paragraph 4.2 is clarified as follows: The (a) soundness, technical merit, and innovation evaluation criteria is slightly more important than the evaluation criteria for the (b) qualifications of the proposed principal/key investigators, or for the (c) potential for commercial application. The evaluation criteria for the qualifications of the proposed principal/key investigators and the potential for commercial application will be of equal importance.
