The work includes, but is not limited to a) Preparing the site (clearing, grubbing, excavation, backfill, and compaction); b) Constructing a concrete slab floor with a concrete approach; c) Construct a 30 feet X 80 feet X 11 feet metal pole building; and d) Seeding the disturbed areas after the project is complete. The project does not include any electrical or plumbing work. The Contractor will provide all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, and incidental supplies necessary for complete construction of the building. The work will take place at the Hardin Ridge Recreation Area Workcenter on the Brownstown Ranger District of the Hoosier National Forest in Monroe County, Indiana.
