The work includes 2 sites: a. Naval Surface Warfare Center: Provide a 2 story office/testing laboratory building with concrete foundation and augercast piles, CMU bearing walls, precast concrete plank floor system, steel bar joist roof structure, lightweight insulating concrete, thermoplastic alloy roofing, exterior stucco painted finish, elevator, interior finish construction for offices, laboratories, shops and toilets, HVAC, plumbing systems, electrical lighting and power systems, fire alarm and fire sprinkler systems. Site work includes selective demolition, utility relocations and new service utility extensions, lift station, paving, chain link fencing and incidental related work. b. Florida Atlantic University Seatech Site: Provide a 1 story office building with concrete foundation and augercast piles, CMU bearing walls, precast concrete plank floor system, steel bar joint roof structure, lightweight insulating concrete, standing seam metal roof accents and a thermoplastic alloy roofing, exterior stucco painted finish, interior finish construction for offices and toilets, HVAC, plumbing systems, electrical lighting and power systems, fire alarm and fire sprinkler systems. Site work includes selective demolition, utility relocation and new service utility extensions, paving and incidental related work. Cost range for this project is $1,000,000 to $5,000,000.
