Replace windows and sliding glass doors in eight (8) 2-3 bedroom housing units. Replace kitchen and bathroom cabinets in eight (8) 2-3 bedroom housing units. Replace approximately ten (10) water-source heat pumps in multi-purpose building. Remodel kitchen and add walk-in freezer in multi-purpose building. This will include architectural, mechanical, and electrical work. The estimated price range is between $250,000.00and $500,000.00.
