Provide all plant, labor, equipment, materials, transportation and supervision to complete the plans and specifications for replacement of existing overhead electrical distribution system (12,470 KV) with an underground (UG) system. This shall include, but not necessarily be limited to: upgrade of the electrical capacity of the north side of the base by installing a new underground distribution system; disconnect and remove existing pole-mounted equipment and transformers; disconnect and remove existing ASCR conductors, cross-arms, and risers; remove existing poles; provide new pad-mounted transformers and pad-mounted switch; remove existing overhead service entrance conductors, weatherheads, and conduit from buildings that will have new underground service; install three-phase primary riser poles; remove cable television (CATV) and telephone cable from overhead and provide conduit for underground service. The period of performance is 180 calendar days to include material approval, acquisition, transportation, and installation. The contract will be firm fixed price. The estimated magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. SIC Code is 1731. Size standard is $7,000,000.
