The work includes seismic strengthening and renovations for three buildings. The work includes furnishing all materials, labor, supervision and equipment for selective demolition of walls, flooring, ceiling systems and roofing; construction of reinforced concrete shear walls and foundations, new builtup roofing, new floor coverings, new interior partitions, new suspended ceilings, new light fixtures, painting and all other incidental related work. A Quality Control Program will be required as set forth in the Contract Specifications.
