The work includes furnishing all materials, labor, equipment and supervision for removal of existing split-system air conditioning system (air-cooled condensing unit and air handling unit), filter sections, coil section, refrigerant piping systems, electric duct heater, ductwork systems, control systems, electrical systems, and associated components and accessories; installation of new split-system air conditioning system including air-cooled condensing unit, air handling unit with DX coil section, high efficiency particulate air filters (HEPA), pre-filters, filters housing section, refrigerant piping systems, electric duct heater, insulation systems, acoustical duct lining, ductwork systems, control systems, electrical work, concrete platform, metal work, painting, and all related and associated components and accessories, and incidental related work. A Quality Control Program will be required as set forth in the Contract Specifications.
