Dillon Courthouse, Buffalo, NY. The successful contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, materials and supervision. The proposed construction includes removal of the exsisting natural gas generator, removal of the exsisting automatic transfer switch, provide all generator & ATS wiring, conduit, connections, time delay relays on elevator circuits, remote manual stop switch & connections, two-hour fire rating enclosure to separate new stairs from generator area and battery-powered emergency lighting in generator room. This procurement is open to competition among both large and small business concerns pursuant to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The magnitude of this construction project is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. The applicable SIC code is 1731 and the small business size standard is $7.0 mil. Copies of the specifications and drawings should be available tentatively July 28, 1999 and the bid opening date is September 1, 1999.
