The Army requires a contract for the furnishing of all plant, labor, materials, equipment, and performing all work required in connection with repairing restrooms, Building 1290, Hunter Army Airfield, Georgia. Work includes, but is not necessarily restricted to: demolishing interior of rooms including concrete floors, CMU walls, doors, windows, and electrical systems; providing and installing new CMU walls, concrete floors, footings, and subfloors; providing and installing new metal doors/frames; providing and installing glass masonry unit window; providing and installing door hardware; providing and installing gypsum board wall; providing and installing ceramic tile floors and walls; providing and installing acoustical suspended ceilings; providing and installing paint systems for walls, ceilings, and doors; providing and installing toilet partitions and accessories; providing and installing new plumbing fixtures and piping systems; providing and installing new ductwork and diffusers; providing and installing new electrical systems and lighting. Performance period is 120 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. SIC code for this project is 1542. This project is 100% set aside for Small Business concerns. Magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. There is no charge for the solicitation package.
