Provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and qualified supervision necessary to accomplish Outpatient Wing Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) improvements at the VA Medical Center, Madison, Wisconsin. Work involves HVAC modifications to include modification, removal and/or replacement of all major components on a 50,000 + CFM air handling unit and a 40,000 + CFM return air unit. Also included are two chilled water pumps, HVAC controls, numerous VAV boxes with reheat, ductwork, fire/smoke dampers and controls, steam and chilled insulation, electrical wiring, motor starters, and miscellaneous cutting and patching, in accordance with the contract drawings and specifications.
