Bradshaw Creek Rehabilitation Project will restore the portion of
Bradshaw Creek and its adjoining reparian area which is being impacted
by the mine site and roads. The headcut at the mine site would be
stabilized and the stream channel reestabished. A portion of Forest
Road 26S24 would be decommissioned and blocked for vehicle traffic.
Also, the creek crossing of the four wheel drive trail at the junction
with Forest Road 26S04 would be improved. A large culvert would be
installed to reduce impacts to the creek at this corssing. The mining
road area would be rehabilitated. This road is partially collapsed into
the creek and portions are becoming revegetated. The portions of this
road disrupting the stream course would be rehabilitated, and the
stable portions which are revegetating would be left alone. The
collapsed portion is where two headcuts are moving upstream above the
mine site;, these areas would be stabilized and the stream channel
reestablished. Estimated price range is less than $100,000.00. The
estimated start work date is September 15, 1999. There will be a charge
