Project consists of: Demolition of interior non-loadbearing walls, rebrick exterior of Bldg 339 (85 Birch Street), install a fire sprinkler system, intrusion detection system, new interior finishes and partitions to meet SCI Requirements. Upgrade mechanical and electrical systems to meet current code requirements. Construction to meet ADA requirements for handicap accessibility. SIC Code: 1542 with a size standard of $17 million.
