This announcement constitutes the only amendment of the above solicitation. A written amendment will not be issued. This amendment is issued to extend the due date for quotes until July 23, 1999 at 3:00 p.m. local time. The reason for the extension is to allow time for the Government to respond to questions posed by potential offerors.
