Crizer, Contracting Officer, (410) 786-5167 The Health Care Financing Administration (HCFA) intends to award, on a sole source basis, under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (dollar threshold for Simplified Acquisition Procedures is $100,000)a government purchase order to: Sage Technologies, 2925 Georgia Avenue, Balto., MD. 21227, for the following services: Analytical and Programming Services to Support Research and Development to the HCFA Customer Information System Data Warehouse. The contractor has specific knowledge of data requirements as well as local and regional Health Care Financing Administration Customer Information System (HCIS) user requirements, and specific knowledge of data anomalies/characteristics found in the HCIS data repository that will impact data modeling, (i.e., dimensional modeling). The contractor has experience in developing data modeling/data warehouse architecture and experience in data mart and data warehouse connectivity. The contractor has thorough experience on the entire HCIS system and data. All others who respond must be prepared to offer clear and convincing evidence that they can offer the same expertise as Sage Technologies.
