requirement to provide local telecommunication services for federal
agencies in cities located throughout the Southeast Sunbelt Region. The

common service customer premise equipment. Responsible sources shall
provide state-of-the-art digital and/or analog telecommunication
services with capacity and capability to meet current and future local
service requirements for GSA federal agency customers in Albany, GA,
Birmingham, AL, Charleston, SC, Charlotte, NC, Chattanooga, TN,
Columbia, SC, Columbus, GA, Ft. Lauderdale, FL, Greensboro, NC,

GSA prefers multiple awards for each city, but Offerors must be able to
provide service to the entire city, not just to a particular building
or a portion of a city. It will be the Offeror_s choice on how many
cities to propose. Each city will be evaluated separately for best
value being the lowest reasonable price(s), technically acceptable,
responsible source(s). Depending on the contractor(s) selected for each
city, the resultant evaluation may render multiple contractor awards
throughout the region. An offer submitted on an _all or none_ or
similar basis will not be considered unless the offer is low on each
item to which the _all or none_ offer is made applicable. Interested
sources having the ability to furnish services for the aforementioned
areas in compliance with the Telecommunications Act of 1996 are
requested to electronically access Solicitation No. 4TTE99RM01 from the
http://eps.gov web site and give written notice (include telephone
number and point of contact) to the acquisition office listed in this
notice within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of this
publication. This solicitation incorporates wage determinations which
are not available electronically. Interested sources who notify the
acquisition office will receive hardcopies of the documents.
Clarification questions relative to the solicitation are due on or
before Friday, July 30th, 1999. Proposals are due not later than
4:00PM, Local Time, Friday, August 20th, 1999. Amendments to the
solicitation (if any) will only be furnished to Offerors that have
notified the acquisition office of the Offeror_s intent to propose!!
