The U.S. Army, Installation Business Office-Contracting, Fort Bragg, North Carolina has a requirement for Sports Officials to officiate various sporting events for the period of 1 May 2000 through 30 April 2001 with two (2) option years. This is a requirements type contract. The Contractor will furnish qualified officials who, for the sport(s) in which they are assigned to work, are currently registered with the applicable sport governing body, the International Association of Approved Basketball Officials or the North Carolina High School Athletic Association (NCHSAA). This requirement is a 100% small business set-aside. Due to automation of the Bidder's Mailing List, it is required that all Contractors provide their Cage code when responding to this announcement. For determining business size the Standard Industrial Code for this requirement is 7999 and to be considered a small business under this code, a firm, including its affiliates, must not have more than $5.0 million average annual revenue overthe past three years. Currently this service is being provided by National Officiating Corp. and SRT Revell Marketing Sports Officials, both of Fayetteville, NC, for a total base period and 2 option year estimated price of $473,813.
