ITEM 0001: FISC NNSY ANNEX intends to procure on a sole source basis to Werres Corp. for service/maintenance of two (2) each Raymond Swing Reach Forklifts Model SA-CSR30T. Service/maintenance shall include cleaning, lubrication, minor adjustments, repairs, safety inspections, consultations, operational review. Contractor shall also provide written condition reports. Contract to include in repairs all parts, material, labor, freight and travel. Contractor shall provide unscheduled calls. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services. The associated Standard Industrial classification (SIC) is 7699 and the Small Business Size Standard is 5.09 mil. The term of the contract will be one (1) year with options for four (4) more years. Services shall be FOB Destination to Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth, VA 23709-5000. The combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
