The purpose of this procurement is to provide assistance to the Division of Service Systems, HIV/AIDS Branch in meeting the unique challenges of analyzing data from Ryan White CARE Act Title II AIDS Drug Assistance Program (ADAP) grantees to provide guidance in the use of ADAP supplemental funding. The contractor shall: use aggregate ADAP Monthly Report data and be responsible for analyzing, evaluating, and identifying technical assistance needs regarding the use of earmark dollars by State ADAPs for health insurance, adherence, and outreach to ensure that ADAPs meet previously unmet needs and reach underserved populations; and facilitate communication of critical information, ensuring timely delivery of reports to decision makers and program managers.
