The National Business Center has a requirement for data collection services to conduct surveys of housing rental rates and utilities rates in the Hawaii, Arizona/Nevada, Oregon/Washington, Northeast and North Central survey regions. These surveys require rental and utility data be collected from landlords, realtors and tenants on a voluntary basis through interviews and personal inspection of each property. This contract will not require a real estate appraisal of the properties. The solicitation will be issued on August 2, 1999. Performance will begin October 1, 1999.
