Contractor is to provide wheelchair van services for eligible beneficiaries of the Department of Veternas Affairs Medical Center, Hampton, Virginia. The contract requiremetns include the need for four Class E EMS wheelchair vans which will be inspected prior to award. The vehicles must confrom to the Rules and Regulations of the Board of Health Commonwealth of Virginia Governing Emergency Medical Services. The period of service is October 1, 1999 through September 30, 2000 with the option to extend three additional one year periods. The Government reserves the right to award this contract on an other than lowest price based upon a technical evaluation which will be assessed prior to award.
