The project includes relocating the Library and various Information Resource Management Service functions from Building 1 to the Basement of Building 22. The project requires new HVAC systems, modular furnishings, and equipment as well as the utility systems required to support these areas, including architectural, civil, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical all in accordance with the drawings and specificitations. COMPLETION TIME for this project is 180 calendar days from the "Notice to Proceed." The cost range is estimated between $500,000 and $1,000,000.
