The Army requires a contract to Construct a New Roadway and Resurface an existing road at Hunter Army Airfield in Savannah, Georgia. The work primarily consists of, but not necessarily restricted to the following: Grading, drainage, soil erosion protection and construction of the new road and resurfacing the existing road. work shall be performed in accordance with Standard Building Code, referenced standards and applicable laws and ordinances. Verify permit requirements with the Base. Any required permits, inspections or fees are the responsibility of the Contractor. The contract magnitude is between $250,000 and $500,000. The applicable SIC Code and size standard for this acquisition are 1611/$17 Million, respectively. this acquisition is 100% set-aside for SB. This project will issue on or about 2 Aug 99. Performance period shall be 180 calendar days. This solicitation will be posted on the internet only. No hard copies will be available.
