The building is a two-story plus basement, wood structure with exterior porches. The design includes interior demolition and construction for an office environment, replacement of the HVAC system, replacement of the plumbing and sanitary waste system, new fire detection and alarm, replace interior lighting system, new communications raceway. Asbestos and lead based paint abatement is required. The approximate square footage is 28,000 square feet. Estimated cost range of this project is $1,000,000.00 to $5,000,000.00.
