On or about 7/23/99, this office will issue a Request for Proposal for construction of a Carrier Annex at Stoughton WI 53589-9998. Proposals will be opened on 8/23/99 at 3:00 PM. THIS IS NOT A PUBLIC PROPOSAL OPENING. The value of the work is estimated to be between $650,000 and $750,000. Description of the work is: The project consists of construction of a new Postal Carrier Annex approximately 7,000 square feet. Location of the project is Business Park Circle North, Stoughton WI. The contractor will be required to commence work within 10 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed and complete within 280 calendar days. Liquidated damages will be accessed. Performance and payment bonds will be required. There will be a NON-REFUNDABLE FEE FOR PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS.
