This will be a requirements contract to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to perform all work required for various renovation projects at the Rumpel Fitness Center, Bldg 1122, Fort McCoy, WI. The various projects include, but are not limited to: VCT tile, ceiling, painting, walls, furnace system, doors, air conditioning, ceramic floor tiles, pool & sauna doors, swimming pool filter, and various other renovations. Existing building will be occupied during performance and disruption to the building must be kept to a minimum. The term of the contract will be for one (1) year (20 Sep 99 19 Sep 2000) with a Government option to extend for one (1) option year (20 Sep 2000 19 Sep 2001). Total magnitude of the project is between $100,000 and $250,000. A 20% bid bond is required with the bid. The SIC for this procurement is 1542 and the size standard is $17M. Request for the solicitation must be in writing accompanied by a non-refundable certified check, cashier's check or money orderpayable to US Treasury in the amount of $11.00 per package.
