The work includes the removal of existing fin tube radiation, ventilation units, louvers, control valves and associated piping and insulation in the west wing, the H & V unit with all associated ductwork located on the second floor, lighting fixtures, ceiling tiles, associated electrical wiring and switches, the existing public address system amplifier, and the existing outdoor electrical transformer; the provision of a two-pipe fan coil system, with all associated piping, an air handling unit with all associated ductwork, a new air cooled chiller, pumps and all associated piping, a public address system AM/FM steror turner, ceiling tiles, a Control Monitoring System (CMS), a new transformer with new transmission and grounding cables, and incidental related work. Estimated cost range for this project is $500,000 -- $1,000,000. The SIC Code is 1711 and the size standard is $7.0 million are applicable to this contract.
