Alterations, at the US Post Office/Courthouse, Hot Springs, AR, Solicitation No. GS-07P-99-UTC-0026 Project No. RAR99020 (Neg.). This solicitation is a total set-aside for small business participation. Point of Contact, Karen Atkins, 817/978-7169, Contracting Officer. Work will include, but is not limited to renovation of existing restrooms for accessibility, sealing of perimeter windows, replacement of carpet, painting, wall covering and wall repair, refinishing wood doors, alteration and restoration of woodwork, new signage, and new telephone booths. Estimated cost range is $250,000 to $500,000. Solicitation documents will be available for downloading from the Internet on or about August 2, 1999. Proposal due date will be on or about September 2, 1999. All responsible sources will be considered.
