Work includes the following and incidental related work: (a) Total removal of existing roofing system of areas designated including all accessories, down to the lightweight insulating concrete (LWIC), concrete or metal deck. (b) Inspection of and repair to, the lightweight insulating concrete (LWIC) and concrete decks. (c) Rough Carpentry work to raise all penetrations and terminations a minimum of 8 inches. (d) Where noted, provide roof insulation, including tapered insulation back from walls to drain lines, as crickets between drains, behind all curbs/units greater than 2 feet wide and at all roof drains. (e) Over the insulation or the LWIC deck, provide and install base sheet and two ply SBS modified bitumen roofing system, and all associated accessories and components. (f) Replace specific quantity of roof drain assemblies with new. Clean/route out all drain pipes and flood test all drains upon completion of roofing work. The estimated range of the project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Period of Performance is 300 calendar days.
