RENOVATION OF EXISTING HVAC SYSTEM, BUILDING ONE (CANAL POINT, FL) Work includes the removal of the existing system, including the multi-zone air handler, the 26-ton condensing unit, and all existing ductwork, controls, piping, insulation and supports. New work will consist of installing a new 25-30 ton air cooled chiller and chilled water pump; two air handling units; a new fume hood exhaust system; and a combination emergency eyewash and shower. The estimated price is expected to be between $250,000 and $500,000.
