THIS IS A MODIFICATION TO A PREVIOUSLY SUBMITTED NOTICE. Furnish all labor, material and equipment to perform tasks under an indefinite delivery type contract to renovate electrical services in Van Voorhis Family Housing Area, Fort Knox, Kentucky, during the period 15 September 1999 through 14 September 2000 with four one-year option periods. There is a guaranteed portion under this contract. Work consists of, but is not limited to, miscellaneous electrical applications, installation of new drywall, repair of existing drywall, and painting. The estimated price range is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. This procurement is unrestricted. All responsible sources may submit a bid. Plans and specifications will be available on or about 28 July 1999. A limited number of bid packages will be available and will be issued on a first come, first serve basis.
