Work will include, but is not limited to providing repointing and cleaning exterior masonry, Dampproofing of North and East foundation walls below grade, replacement of missing/loose roof tiles, replacement of exterior doors with new doors/panic hardware, replace all window screens, paint/stain all exterior wood and downspouts, replace any rotted wood at overhangs, replace southwest areaway stairs, replace existing fire alarm panel and upgrade the fire alarm system. Two alternates are (1) Dampproofing of foundation walls below grade on the South and a portion of West side of the building, and (2) exterior and interior alterations for handicapped ramp for the South entrance..
