This proposed procurement is for a requirement contract to furnish surfacing asphalt to Marine Corps Base, Camp Pendleton, California for one base year plus one option year, commencing October 1, 1999. Delivery orders under this contract will be made on an "as required" basis. For over 25 tons of surfacing asphalt, contractor shall deliver. Less than 25 tons, government will pick up. For over 240 gallons of liquid asphalt and emulsion, contractor shall deliver. For less than 240 gallons, government will pick-up. Contractor's pickup location shall be within 50-miles radius of the Marine Corps Base's main gate. Solicitation to be issued on or about august 11, 1999. Request for solicitation must be in writing.
